Privacy Policy

Who we are

Watch Pinnacle (watchpinnacle.com) is an independent analytics site for the Disney Pinnacle collectibles platform, operated by an individual based in Italy (the “data controller” under EU Regulation 2016/679, “GDPR”). Contact: support@watchpinnacle.com.

What data we process, and why

• Public blockchain data. The site indexes events that are permanently public on the Flow blockchain: wallet addresses, pin mints, transfers, listings, sales and trades. Where a wallet has a public Dapper display name, we show it next to the address. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing transparency over an already-public ledger. This data originates from the blockchain, not from your visit.
• Anonymous page statistics. Our own server counts page views using a one-way hash of IP address, browser and day. The hash rotates daily and cannot be traced back to you; the raw IP is not stored. No analytics cookie is set. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding site usage.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Railway, US) processes IP addresses in ordinary web-server logs for security and delivery. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating the service securely.
• Features you choose. The watchlist, “this is me” profile, serial alerts, offers and trade chats store their settings in cookies or your browser’s local storage (see the Cookie Policy), and — for offers and chats — on our server (wallet address, offer amount, messages). Chats expire and are purged automatically after 72 hours. Legal basis: performance of the feature you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

What we do not do

• No advertising, no profiling, no sale or sharing of personal information (in the sense of the California CCPA/CPRA, we do not “sell” or “share” personal information).
• No third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
• No accounts, passwords or e-mail collection.

Hosting and international transfers

The site is hosted on Railway (United States). Where personal data (such as IP addresses in server logs) is processed there, the transfer is safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Retention

Blockchain data is public and retained indefinitely (it cannot be altered on-chain in any case). Anonymous page statistics contain no identifier after the daily hash rotation. Offer and chat records are deleted after they expire. Cookies and local storage remain in your browser until you delete them.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to support@watchpinnacle.com. Note that we cannot modify the blockchain itself: on-chain data is outside anyone’s unilateral control. If you believe your rights are violated you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (gpdp.it).

California residents

We do not sell or share personal information and we collect only the minimal categories described above (identifiers in logs, internet activity as anonymous aggregates). You may exercise CCPA rights via the same contact address.
